Tampa’s SUCCESS WILL WRITE APOCALYPSE ACROSS THE SKY, (ex-BODIES IN THE GEARS OF THE APPARATUS, DEHUMANIZED, DIABOLIC, and LEPROSY) has inked a deal with Nuclear Blast Records. The pack of rapscallions better known as SWWAATS will enter the studio in February/March to record their full-length debut for a late 2008 release.

SWWAATS was formed in 2006 by guitarists Aaron Haines and Ian Sturgill of the now-defunct BODIES IN THE GEARS OF THE APPARATUS. Rounding out the lineup is John Collett Jr. (DEHUMANIZED) on vocals, Mike Petrak (previously of LEPROSY) on drums, and Jesse Jolly (ex-DIABOLIC, CRIMSON MASSACRE) on bass. The group’s debut EP, “Subhuman Empire,” was released in July 2007 via Debello Recordings, and is available for streaming on the SWWAATS MySpace page.
